Please fill out the form below with all the information required and we will e-mail you back within 1-3 business days about your claim. Once in contact, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and you can send your defective parts to us. DO NOT send packages without contacting us first. If your product qualifies for replacement we will send replacement parts back to you and cover the return shipping costs.
All warranty claims require a proof of purchase. The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is void if your product was purchased from another person, hand-me-downs, or an unauthorized dealer.
